EVENT BREAKDOWN

Day I: Alchemizing Resistance
Day 1 is about working with fear and resistance and taking responsibility for the part of you that doesn’t feel safe to express so you can finally move forward with your creations. You’ll learn what procrastination and self-sabotage really are, how dialoguing with your subconscious will alchemize the self-defeating patterns that keep you stuck, and the steps to cultivating embodied creation and expression.
Day II: Embodying Expression & Action
Day 2 is about connecting to your vision and your YES, claiming what you’re ready to share now, and mapping clear, actionable steps to make it happen. You’ll connect to and awaken the part of you that was always meant to lead so you can act from clarity instead of fear, recognize the vision that is ready to come through you now, and land on the actionable steps it takes to actually get there.

What Makes This Event Different?

This is not your typical somatic workshop or “learn to express through nervous system regulation” webinar. I’m not just gonna give you some quick nervous system tricks, one-size-fits-all affirmations, or guide you to tone and “release negative energy”. This is a high-touch transformational event where I’ll change the entire way that you’ve been perceiving your “blocks” and resistance and teach you what it takes to actually shift those subconscious patterns.

Hi, I’m Talitha, the founder of QUMI and creator of the Vocal Awakening Method.
