Vocal Awakening Event

This is a guided group journey into the power and medicine of your voice. I will be acting as a mirror and guide, supporting and activating what already lies within you. I will begin by introducing the space and sharing some practical and supportive guidance. We will then activate our voices and channel with some toning exercises before journeying into the Vocal Awakening and light language activation. This is a space for you to just be, explore, and express. There are no rules here! Everyone's experience is different and dependent on the energy and intention brought into the space.

I would like to note that as this is a bigger group event, there will be no 1:1 time with me, nor will there be an opportunity to share your voice with the group, due to the amount of participants. All participants will be muted during the voice activation, so you will be safe to express yourself freely and in the privacy of your own space. We will, however, begin with a sharing of intentions and if time allows it, we will also close the space with a group sharing.
